Directions
SCALE AND MIX
Scale and Mix 5 lb of the Snot Block crust base per bag instructions for a small batch. Let dough chill in the refrigerator for 20 minutes. Remove dough from refrigerator and roll dough out to a thickness of roughly 5mm. Using a flower cookie cutter, cut dough. Take the center of the flower and drop it into the center of one of the cupcakes spots in a cupcake baking pan. Fold over the petals and lay them flay onto the top of the baking pan. Set oven temperature to 375 degrees, bake for 15 – 18 minutes. Let cool.
SNOT BLOCK CRÈME FILLING
Scale and Mix 1.5 lb of the Snot block crème filling per the bag instructions for a small batch.
ASSEMBLE
Using a piping back, fill the flower cups ½ way with your snot block crème filling. Also using a piping bag, top it off with the Westco Lemon Kist. Utilizing a sifter, sprinkle gently with some powdered sugar.
