Instructions

Donuts:

  1. Follow the bag instructions for a small batch.
    • 14 oz whole eggs
    •  2 lb 4 oz cold water
    • 10 oz canola oil
    • 14 oz vegetable oil
    • 4 lbs 6 oz of Westco Mochi Mix

Glazes:

  1. Puree peeled dragon fruit in a food processor. Add Super Speedee Glaze.
  2. If the glaze is too thick, you may add more hot water until desired consistency.
ASSEMBLY
  1. Dip donuts in dragon fruit glaze and top with dragon fruit and berries (optional).
