Instructions
Donuts:
- Follow the bag instructions for a small batch.
- 14 oz whole eggs
- 2 lb 4 oz cold water
- 10 oz canola oil
- 14 oz vegetable oil
- 4 lbs 6 oz of Westco Mochi Mix
Glazes:
- Puree peeled dragon fruit in a food processor. Add Super Speedee Glaze.
- If the glaze is too thick, you may add more hot water until desired consistency.
