Instructions
MIX
Mix some Westco Gourmet Brownie Mix according to the directions on the bag for a small batch. Do not over mix.
MAKE UP
Deposit in a paper lined full sheet pan. Spread batter evenly.
BAKE
Bake at 325°F in a convection oven for approx. 25 minutes. Brownies are done when the internal temperature reaches 209°F. Do not over bake.
FINISH
Let brownies cool down. Cut the brownies into rectangles (approx. 4” x 2”).
Insert popsicle sticks or wooden coffee stirrers on one end of each rectangle. Dip the brownies in melted C’est Vivant Dark Coating Chocolate. Place them on a paper lined pan. Garnish them with Sprinkelina White or Pink Twinkle Pearls, BakeSense Non Pareils, chopped nuts or any other toppings of your choice before the dipping sets.
Optional: You can let the dipped brownies cool down and partially dip them into or drizzle them with Wetsco Vanilla Dipping Icing heated to 105-110°F before garnishing them with your choice of toppings while dipping is still wet.
Note: If you prepared your brownies ahead of time, do not dip the brownies while they are still frozen to prevent cracking.
