Instructions

STREUSEL:

In a mixer, combine Westco’s Pumpkin Spice Crème Cake Mix and the Palm All Purpose Shortening. Mix on low until crumb starts to form. Make sure not to overmix.

MUFFINS:

Prepare the Westco Pumpkin Spice Crème Cake Mix according to the bag instructions. Scale out 32 oz for loaves. Add unsalted hulled pumpkin seeds and streusel on top. Bake at 365°F – 375°F for 35 to 40 minutes.
