Instructions
SCALE AND MIX
- Cupcake: Follow bag directions for a small batch.
- Frosting: Mix 1LB of icing with 1 OZ of food color (or until desired pink/red color met)
MAKE UP
With a star tip, frost the top of the cupcake in a circular motion (rosette) top with Sprinkelina Valentine’s Day Sprinkle Blend.
