Instructions

INGREDIENTS:

5LB – Pumpkin Spice Crème Cake Mix (36603)

1LB 8OZ – Butter

1LB 12OZ – Eggs

2LB 2OZ – Flour

1LB – Water

1LB – Walnuts

Mix the butter for 1 minute until light and fluffy. Add the eggs and water, then mix until fully combined. Gradually add the Westco Pumpkin Spice Crème Cake Mix and flour, mixing until the batter is smooth and uniform. Stir in the walnuts, then mix on the lowest speed for 30 seconds.

Portion out 28oz of dough and shape into a log. Bake the log at 300°F for 35-40 minutes. Allow the log to cool, then slice into 1/2″ thick pieces. Bake the slices for an additional 30 minutes at 300°F. Serve the biscotti as is, or dip in melted chocolate if desired.
